Google Ads That Buy Customers, Not Clicks

Google Ads puts you in front of people actively searching for what you sell. It also spends your money whether the campaign is set up well or not — and most accounts we audit are not.

The Problem

Where Google Ads Budgets Leak

We audit a lot of accounts. The same four problems account for most of the waste.

Broad match with no negatives

Ads appearing for searches with no commercial relationship to what you sell, quietly consuming budget while the search terms report goes unread.

Conversion tracking that lies

Counting every form view as a conversion, or firing on page load rather than submission. The account looks like it is working while producing nothing.

Performance Max as a black box

The whole budget in one automated campaign with no asset group structure, no exclusions and no visibility into where the money went.

Traffic pointed at a homepage

Perfectly good ad clicks landing on a page that does not mention the thing the ad promised, so Quality Score falls and costs rise.

Our Approach

Structure, Tracking, Then Optimization

We start by verifying conversion tracking, because every optimization decision depends on it. If the account is counting the wrong things, more spend just buys more wrong data.

Then campaigns get restructured around intent — tight themes, deliberate match types, maintained negative lists, and landing pages that continue the promise the ad made. Automation is used where it helps and constrained where it does not.

  • Intent-based structureCampaigns and ad groups themed tightly enough to be relevant
  • Search term disciplineReviewed weekly, negatives maintained continuously
  • Landing page alignmentMessage match from ad to page, protecting Quality Score
  • Constrained automationSmart bidding and PMax used with proper exclusions and structure

Business Impact

What Good Account Management Delivers

Lower cost per acquisition

Cutting waste and lifting relevance beats simply bidding harder.

Traffic that converts

Intent-matched keywords and pages rather than volume for its own sake.

Data you can act on

Verified tracking turns the account into a source of real evidence.

Faster than SEO

Traffic from day one while organic work builds in the background.

Scalable when it works

Once the unit economics are proven, more budget means more customers.

Market insight

Search term data tells you what your market actually asks for.

How It Works

How We Run Google Ads

Audit & unit economics

Existing account reviewed, and what you can afford to pay per customer agreed.

Conversions checked end to end before a single change to bidding.

03

Restructure or build

Campaigns organised by intent, with negatives and exclusions in place.

04

Pages built or improved so the ad's promise continues after the click.

05

Launch & weekly optimization

Search terms, bids, budgets and creative reviewed weekly.

06

FAQ

Questions Before You Start

Enough to gather meaningful data — usually $1,000–1,500 per month minimum for lead generation, more in competitive markets where clicks are expensive. Work backwards from your customer value: if a customer is worth $2,000 and one in five leads closes, you can afford a lot per lead.

We do not claim Google Partner status. Judge us on the account audit and the reasoning behind our recommendations rather than on a badge.

No. Ad spend goes directly from your own account to Google. Our management fee is separate and listed above. You own the account and keep it if we part ways.

Traffic starts immediately. Smart bidding needs roughly two to four weeks and enough conversions to exit the learning phase, so judge performance from week four to six rather than week one.

Sometimes. It performs well for e-commerce with a good feed, less predictably for lead generation where it can consume budget on low-quality conversions. We use it with proper asset group structure, audience signals and exclusions — never as the whole account.

That is most of our Google Ads work. The audit tells you what is wasteful, what is salvageable and whether restructuring beats rebuilding.

Seven or above on your main keywords. It is driven by expected click-through rate, ad relevance and landing page experience — which is why we insist on landing pages that match the ad.
